Don't look to losing too much weight. For hoodia, oolong tea and acai berry, they do work, but the results vary a lot from user to user. For some, they lose about 6 to 7 pounds from the first month of using hoodia. Whilst quite a number have not lost any weight but suffered badly from the side effects.
