Acai Berry diet, does it work?
I see ads for it everywhere lately and it was on Oprah, Rachel Ray, CNN, and more. I just need a little boost to my routine and I've read that it works. Does anyone know first hand or know someone that has used it?

First hand - I've been using Acai products for years - since the days people thought I was a quirky health nut.
On the weight loss front, as a supplement and to give your weight loss efforts a little extra buzz, Acai diet supplements are a real boost.
Keep things realistic though. Forget the hype with the "weight melts away" kind of approach. If that where happening I'd be more concerned about my overall health than some extra pounds...
The Acai is a tempermental little beauty though. It tends to deteriorate quite quickly after being picked and ALL the goodness in the berry comes from the 20% pulp. The seeds are worthless.
