What are the risks and benefits of using whey protein?
I want to build some muscle and tone up some for the upcoming highschool football season and i've noticed some guys drinking whey protein. I also want to start using it because i've heard it helps build muscle. Does anyone know, off the top of they're head what the benefits and risks are of whey protein and which kind, if any, is the best? Are there certain guidelines you have to follow? Any cautions you have to take? Please help because pre-season is coming up in the next few weeks, more like 8 weeks away. Thanks
