Does MuscleTech Nitro Tech Hardcore work?
I am 14 years old and weigh 116lbs I have been working out for about 1 year and I have gained muscle. I take Muscle milk protein but I read about MuscleTech Nitro-Tech Hardcore and I want to know if it really works. I want to add more muscle. Would this product be bad for me? (I do work out 5-6 days a week)
Yeah but its loaded with tons of stuff. You don't know how your body will react to this individual supplements. If you get sick or something from that shake you'll have no idea what caused your complications.
And, that stuff is fairly gross, it taste to bad when there is alot of better, CHEAPER shakes.
I suggest you start off with whey protein maybe soy if your a vegetarian.
Then from there add on to it, like creatine, nitrogen enhancers, etc etc.
That way if you get stomach cramps or whatever you can just roll back and subtract the last supplement you added.
Bottom line: Nitrotech is expensive, IMO taste gross, and might have more than you can stomach (literally).
