I have always been a sucker for expensive weigh loss solutions, then some1 told me of a website that they had discoverd that had just started up. www.weightstripper.com. i had a quick glance in work the other day and they seem to have come up with a really good idea of building an online community resource for those wanting to lose weight. There is no sign in or registration, within one click u can sumbit a post to them. The way they work is to allow a viewer to enter the webpage and quickly send a post containing a product review, reciepe or tip. The beauty i found on this site was the ease of use, without the clutter of adverts and login pages i cud view it easily. The section that got me was the smoothie section, i was never one for fruit or veg but wanted to lose weight, by using their smoothie reciepies i have lost 4lbs in a week by replacing snacks of crisp and chocolates with fruit smoothies. I just hope more people will post info up there asap cos am flying through their recipies!
The other idea i like of theres is there Xmas challenge, free of charge and you can remain anonymous if you want. By simply submiting a post in the forum section you can enter and hopefully if a few people enter and get posting info then i will lose the stone i want to by christmas, and maybe win one of their "post of the month" competitions. All in all www.weighstripper.com has taught me in one short week that simple and effective weigh loss can be gained by using your head and not your wallet, listning to simple tip and reciepies that people have put up is paying dividends for me already.
